A New ministry for single parents
I am really excited to announce the birthing of another Ministry. We at Betty King International Ministries are very busy in this season.
The last 10 years, for me personally, has been a time of teaching and training. Sometimes it has been very difficult, but overall it has been a blessing. Towards the end of last year the Ministry gave birth to a Single Parents Ministry having experienced raising children as a parent.
In John 4:4-26, from verse 4 in particular, states that our Lord Jesus “…needed to go through Samaria”. No matter what you have gone through or are currently going through God knows and He see’s. I believe that during 2010 He has asked us as a Ministry to start to address some of the issues.
The Samarian Woman was going about her daily business, as usual. She was accustomed to going to that place to fetch water. Jesus knew that it was time for change and that she was being consistent. The encounter with Jesus Christ confronted her with the truth about herself and her lifestyle. Basically the Lord was saying to her “I know your stuff and I have something better for you”.
Some of you appear to be stuck in the same cycle. It is interesting that the Bible says that ‘Jesus needed to go to Samaria’. In this world, because of wars, conflicts and wickedness etc there are single parents, mothers, widows and people because of the various issues have had children out of wedlock thinking that will result in marriage, some have been raped and through rape have had children, but if you are in Christ you are not written out. IT’S TIME FOR CHANGE; also HE’S MADE ROOM FOR YOU.
Jesus knew that the Samarian Woman was not married. He did not embarrass her. He told her the truth. She accepted the truth and it changed her life forever. The Lord knows your stuff and He is waiting for you to heal, restore and release you. There is a saying that ‘birds of a feather flock together’, that is not the same for a born again Christian. You maybe a single parent, but that does not disqualify you in reaching your full potential in Christ.
A Personal Testimony:
In 2008, just one of the amazing stories in my life. This was a divine encounter. God blessed me with a Pastor and his wife. I shall call her Lady ‘C’. This man and his wife believed my vision and brought me before Presidents and great leaders, opened doors for me and now the nation is benefitting from the blessings. God will put you with the right people. Only be willing to serve others with their vision.

How to protect yourself from soulish prayers – this is when people are praying against you from assumptions and through gossip; there is a negative agreement. We will teach you how to stand against that and fully protect yourself
How to walk in complete freedom from curses placed by spiritual leaders
How to serve other people’s vision faithfully in the face of terrible opposition and lies, especially when accused of going after someone else’s husband or wife based on their fears. How you do you stand against that?
Delivering your children from the Jephtah syndrome, the Spirit of illegitimacy
Addressing the Orphan Spirit
We have partnered with several ministries and churches where help will be given.
During 2010 – 2011 we will be touring the UK to areas such as Belfast, Liverpool, the Midlands, also Wales to name a few.
We will be holding Seminars, one-to-one sessions and Conferences in selected areas. If you would like us to come to your area and for further information please contact the office.
