July 3rd

Dear Saints We have entered the month of July and there is a great opportunity for change. However, it is pivotal to remain focused.

As I was praying for the Body of Christ, I distinctly heard the words ‘outstanding issues’. Many have been dealing with ongoing, unresolved issues, especially in regard to their families. This may be to do with health, children or something else. These things have been points of contention for a long time, and I felt that in this month, the enemy is seeking to stir these things up so as to distract people just as they are about to come into a moment of breakthrough.

Whatever the outstanding issue is in your life, don’t respond to it in the flesh. The enemy is looking to take your attention away from the Spirit and bring you so into the flesh so that you question your faith. The situation may look like the very opposite of what the Lord has promised you, but the Lord is looking for you to take hold of the matter and bring it to the altar, laying His Word before Him as wood for the fire, and asking the Holy Spirit to come and burn it all up. Take it all to Him, and remind Him of His promises, crying out ‘God, You said!’ Whatever you do, don’t let yourself be so distracted that you take time away from what God has called you to do. Focus on the goals that He has given to you and let the victory you gain from being at His altar address everything going on around you.

Just as in the parable of the woman and the unjust judge (Luke 18:1-8), stay before Him until He judges in your favour and the storm breaks. He will give you the victory. Don’t lose your focus.

I also saw a group of many people who feel irritable and restless but have been unable to interpret it correctly. The people in this group have gone through months of preparation by the Lord and are about to graduate from the old into the new, but are feeling unsettled because of what their processes have revealed in them. These ones have, in the past, lived vicariously through others and depended on their relationships for strength and identity. The Lord has pulled away their relationships for a time, to expose subtle strongholds of insecurity, fear and rejection that were being covered by these relationships and address them. This is revealing a new depth of purity and beauty within them, and fixing things which would cause them to make mistakes as they step out in this month of change. To all those in this group, be strong. Be secure. Be you. If you steward this season well, you will find God’s peace and settle. Don’t be so unsettled that you are unable to wait on and receive the anointing that the Lord is pouring out this month. I pray in the name of Jesus Christ that you receive His peace. Amen.

Finally, I saw a picture of what looked like glass falling from the eyes of the Lord’s praying people, as they cried the tears of intercession. I believe that in this hour, in the place of prayer, everything that has distorted or impaired vision is being addressed. Witchcraft that has been used to blind many is being broken. This month, whatever you do and whatever is being thrown at you, go back to the Lord and remind Him of His Word and the vision He gave you, again crying out ‘God, You said!’ and ‘God you promised!’. I saw that as people began to do this, the Lord released peace and provision to them. Psalm 145:12-21 Be encouraged. Irrespective of the darkness and uncertainty, cry out for provision and He will provide. Don’t make any adjustments to your vision unless He tells you to.

Rather, be clear on what you are building, and the rain of the Lord will fall. He will bless you and grant you your heart’s desire. He will never leave or forsake you (Deut 31:6) but will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). Keep your focus.
